Experience Gained

Thinking is both important and relevant when starting a company. But so is action.
Things worth building take a lot of time and energy. Don’t be discouraged by how slow everything feels.
Learning is fast, implementing is slower, and getting results will take the most time.

Financials

The company was founded with initial capital of $11,000.

So far, expenses include monthly subscriptions to X and Beehiiv. There was a one time nonrecurring expense for purchasing the domain name. Business entity set up costs were completed previously and not expensed to the company. Long story short, we spent initial capital on the purchase of a web domain, starting the newsletter and X account. Below is the full breakdown of the financials. They will become more interesting once revenue is added.

Management Discussion

Management suggests that the operating team continues executing the Business and Marketing Plan to gain attention and subscribers in February 2025. This will include posting free content on X and LinkedIn while publishing issues of The Business Experience weekly. The founding idea (You, the Voter, will add more ideas and revenue as opportunities and resources increase) was to create a business that offers new entrepreneurs (You) the opportunity to gain business experience by learning and voting in real time how to grow the company. The best way to do that was to create and grow a newsletter. Benefits: The Company owns the audience, can communicate directly with Voters, and there is an opportunity to monetize with sufficient scale). The newsletter has been named The Business Experience. Other newsletters are possible in the future, but management will focus all efforts growing The Business Experience and making it profitable.

You, the Voters, can see Management’s Initial Annual Plan and Goals. These goals coincide with The Business and Marketing Plan, however, there is plenty of room for you the Voters to change the direction of the company to maximize growth and revenue.
