BHAG 1

  • Specific: Grow LinkedIn and X Social following for thevoterscompany.com to 10,000 followers each.

  • Measurable: Grow LinkedIn and X followers to 10,000 by creating and posting content 1X per day on each platform.

  • Achievable: Grow LinkedIn and X followers to 10,000 by creating and posting content 1X per day on each platform.

  • Relevant: Make sure that followers are new business people looking to gain experience or start their own business.

  • Time-Bound: The company will begin creating content February 1, 2025 and measure performance weekly on Sundays, until January 1, 2026. Will post everyday for a year (well, 11 months)

  • Milestone 1: April 1, 2025: → 2,500

  • Milestone 2: July 1, 2025 → 5,000

  • Milestone 3: October 1, 2025 → 7,500

  • Critical Daily Action 2 → Publish one quality piece of content per day (post on both platforms)

  • Specific: Grow The Business Experience Newsletter to 10,000 subscribers

  • Measurable: Grow The Business Experience Newsletter to 10,000 subscribers by writing and publishing the newsletter weekly on Saturday.

  • Achievable: Grow the newsletter to 10,000 subscribers

  • Relevant: Make sure they are the right subscribers, who we are writing for.

  • Time-Bound: The Company will begin writing the Newsletter February 1, 2025 and measure performance weekly on Saturdays, until January 1, 2026

  • Milestone 1: April 1, 2025: → 2,500

  • Milestone 2: July 1, 2025 → 5,000

  • Milestone 3: October 1, 2025 → 7,500

  • Critical Daily Action 1 → Write the newsletter each week and publish it for a year minimum.

  • Critical Daily Action 2 → Interact with 5 newsletter operators

  • Critical Daily Action 3 → Talk with every new subscriber.

BHAG 3

  • Specific: Make the business profitable.

  • Measurable: Make the business generate revenue in excess of expenses

  • Achievable: Make the business generate revenue in excess of expenses by offering paid, ads, or other products (newsletters?) that the Voters recommend.

  • Relevant: Make sure we are helping the right people gain experience and achieve their goals, adding value, and the products exceed expectations.

  • Time-Bound: We won’t generate revenue until we offer a paid service or product. Gaining enough scale quickly will be essential to monetization. We will track company net worth and revenue weekly starting February 1, 2025 and measure performance weekly on Saturdays, until January 1, 2026. Once socials hit 2,500 followers, or newsletter hits 2,500 subscribers, we will offer monetization option to the Voters and let them decide how we proceed. According to BHAG, that should correlate with April 1. Control burn rate until then.

  • Milestone 1: April 1, 2025: → 2,500 → Offer monetization → Revenue goal: $100/month (profitable)

  • Milestone 2: July 1, 2025 → 5,000 → $200/month

  • Milestone 3: October 1, 2025 → 7,500 → $400/Month

  • Milestone 4: January 1, 2025 → 10,000 → $800/Month

  • Once we hit following goals of 2,500….

  • Critical Daily Action 1: Cold Email out to one potential sponsor per day for ads.

  • Critical Daily Action 2: After the Voters decide how to monetize, work on building those products or services everyday until there is a MVP.

  • Critical Daily Action 3: Iterate every day.
